Los Angeles, April 4, 2025 --(Institutional Real Estate, Inc.) -- Kev Zoryan and Aaron Greeno have joined together to form Arselle Investments, a private real estate investment platform.

Greeno worked 13 years at Morgan Stanley between New York and Los Angeles, where he worked with Zoryan, who spent a total of 25 years at Morgan Stanley and served in a leadership capacity overseeing many of MSREI’s investments in the Americas.

Before Arselle, the founders held real estate leadership roles at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) and Dune Real Estate Partners.

Zoryan most recently served as managing director of Morgan Stanley and head of U.S. asset management for MSREI and its various private equity funds. Before that, he was head of the West Coast and co-head of U.S. acquisitions for MSREI. Greeno most recently was a partner and head of the West Coast at Dune. Before that he was also a managing director of Morgan Stanley, where he served as co-head of U.S. Investments for MSREI.

Arselle will leverage the founders’ combined expertise of almost five decades of diversified real estate investment experience that spans more than $15 billion of transactions and 52 million square feet. Their investment approach will focus on solving problems that are evolving as a result of the demographic challenges facing many real estate companies today. The platform will focus on creating differentiated access to real estate investment opportunities for investors through select product-focused, vertically integrated operating platforms to generate proprietary deal flow.

“Current real estate market conditions are being exacerbated by rapidly changing technology and professional demographics, and compelling investment opportunities are emerging across various geographies and real estate asset classes,” said Zoryan, Arselle founder and managing partner.

Greeno, Arselle founder and managing partner, added, “The combination of elevated interest rates, uneven asset fundamentals, and leadership turnover across the industry is creating challenges for many real estate companies. We created Arselle to address these challenges and pair institutional investment and asset management with best-in-class operating platforms to deliver better alignment, execution, and ultimately returns for our investors.”
