Bianca Tomkoria

Bianca Tomkoria is a Principal at Arselle Investments. Prior to Arselle, Bianca served as a Vice President at Goldfinch Partners where she was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities as well as leading investor relations activities. Prior to Goldfinch, she was a Vice President at Dune Real Estate Partners where she executed on over $1.2B of real estate deals across asset classes and helped to grow the West Coast office of the firm. Bianca has also held positions at Gap Inc., where she focused on corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions, and in the real estate investing groups at Oaktree Capital and Morgan Stanley, where she began her career as an analyst. Bianca worked closely with the Founders for four years during her time at Dune and Morgan Stanley. She brings over 10 years and $3B+ of investing experience to the firm across real estate asset classes as well as corporate investing experience in consumer retail and technology.

She received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
