We are focused on acquiring high-quality assets at attractive entry points driven by situational catalysts, underperforming operations or stressed capital structures, where we can create value by driving NOI growth through active asset management and superior property-level execution. We invest across a select number of geographies and sectors including Residential, Industrial, Retail, Self-Storage and select special situations.
