David Oliner

Principal of Ridgetop Capital Partners since 2014. Mr. Oliner has over 30 years of commercial real estate debt and equity investing experience. Prior to forming Ridgetop, Mr. Oliner was a Partner with Dune Real Estate Partners, a New York-based real estate investment management firm. Prior to joining Dune, Mr. Oliner was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley responsible for structuring, pricing, underwriting, and distributing all elements of commercial real estate debt structures in CMBS and portfolio loans including mezzanine and preferred equity. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Oliner spent 5 years at Bankers Trust as senior trader responsible for acquiring, financing, and trading sub-performing commercial real estate loans. Mr. Oliner holds a BA from The University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
