Ebony Zepeda

Ebony Zepeda serves as the Chief of Staff at Arselle Investments, bringing over 18 years of expertise in strategic business development, operations, marketing and administration. She has maintained a strong professional relationship with the Founders since working closely with Kev and Aaron at Morgan Stanley from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to joining Arselle, Ebony served as Chief of Staff at Meraki Global Advisors, where she focused on improving operations, managing key projects and streamlining business processes, including enhancing client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance standards, spearheading CRM buildout and advancing technology solutions to support the firm's growth.

Ebony has held executive-level positions across the financial and franchise sectors, working with notable firms such as BNY Mellon, RBZ LLP, Armanino LLP and Singer Lewak. In these roles, she developed and executed strategies to enhance business performance, strengthen organizational alignment, and foster key vendor relationships. She also served as Director within a franchise services group, focusing on driving the growth of emerging startups and established franchise brands, leveraging her expertise in infrastructure development.
