Thomas Miller

Thomas Miller has more than 45 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His activities included working with both publicly traded and privately held companies, and these roles were in both the US and Asia. Tom’s current and previous experience encompass Board Member, Executive Leadership, Family Office Advisor, and Investment/Management Committees. 

He has had the privilege of working with world class organizations: Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), Crescent Real Estate Equities (NYSE: CEI), The Irvine Company, Granite Properties, and CJ Segerstrom & Sons. These roles involved acquisition, development, financing, asset management, sales, and M&A of commercial assets valued in excess of $15Billion. Tom currently serves as a Family Office Advisor for a multi-Billion dollar portfolio of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and land assets in Southern California.  

Tom received his BS from the University of Southern California in Business Administration. He is an active civic and industry leader with current and prior engagement at Azusa Pacific University (Trustee and Chair), Urban Land Institute Americas (Office Development Council), Metropolitan YMCA of Los Angeles (Board), RHCC (Elder), CJ Segerstrom & Sons (Advisory Board), and HTS Mgmt. (President). 

Tom resides in Palos Verdes Estates CA, with his wife of +40 years, Karen Miller.
